Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion will run from 11 September to 30 November Sunday to Thursday from 10am to 1pm and is only open to Met Card holders.
  2. Met Card holders are entitled to a complimentary slice of cake and a £5 Cash Match available from Reception on arrival. 
  3. To receive a complimentary slice of cake the customer can order this from a member of the valet team, subject to availability. 
  4. Cash Match voucher is valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Slots or Electronics. 
  5. On tables, a bet with the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual. 
  6. Blackjack - voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Does not include any side bets. 
  7. Roulette - valid for a single even chance bet on roulette. Voucher can only be used on one spin. 
  8. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the main Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher. 
  9. Slots and Electronics - all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out. 
  10. One voucher per person per day. 
  11. The Promoter is not responsible for any voucher that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted. 
  12. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions. 
  13. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution. 
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion. 
  15. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion. 
  16. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
