Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 26 to 31 December 2024 and is only open to Met Card holders.
  2. Stamp cards will be available to collect from Reception from 10am on the first day of the promotion.
  3. Customers can earn one stamp per day from reception, and these cannot be issued retrospectively. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their card is stamped every day that they visit.
  4. Prizes can be redeemed at the same time as the relevant prize box is stamped.
  5. Rewards are follows:
    26 December - £5 Match Play
    27 December – Free drink voucher
    28 December - £10 off players menu item voucher
    Attendance on each day between 26 -28 December - £10 Free Bet
    29 December – Free drink voucher
    30 December - £10 off players menu item voucher
    31 December - £10 Match Play
    Attendance on each day between 29 -31 December - £10 Free Bet
    Attendance on each day between 26 -31 December - £25 Match Play
  6. A Match Play voucher is valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Slots or Electronics.
  7. On tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual
  8. Blackjack – voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Does not include any side bets.
  9. Roulette – valid for a single even chance bet on roulette. Voucher can only be used on one spin.
  10. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the main Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher.
  11. Slots and Electronics – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  12. A free bet voucher can only be redeemed at Cash Desk and not directly on the tables.
  13. The voucher can be exchanged for either a non-negotiable chip/s to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
  14. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
  15. Free drink to be redeemed at the Bar for one of the following: House beer, 125ml glass of house wine, single measure house spirit and mixer or soft drink.
  16. The £10 off players menu item voucher can be redeemed at the Bar for a meal from the players menu to the value of £10.
  17. Not to be used in conjunction with any other food and drink offers.
  18. All stamp cards must be redeemed by 4am 31 December.
  19. The Promoter is not responsible for any stamp cards that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  20. No cash alternative available.
  21. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  22. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  23. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If you have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, then you will be entitled to participate in the promotion at the terms you entered it, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and you will be entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  24. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  25. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
