Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 1 August 2024 on Thursdays between 5pm and 11pm and is open to all customers.
  2. The offer is 241 on classic cocktails or mocktails and includes a £5 Match Play.
  3. Purchase one full priced classic cocktail or mocktail and receive another of the same free, served at the same time.
  4. Customers must order two of the same eligible cocktails or mocktails at the same time to receive the promotion.
  5. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Met Card discounts do not apply.
  6. To receive the £5 Match Play, the receipt must be presented at the Cash Desk for a £5 Match Play voucher to be used on tables or present the receipt with a £5 cash bet in exchange for a £10 promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
  7. On tables, a £5 cash bet must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual.
  8. Blackjack – voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Does not include any side bets.
  9. Roulette – valid for a single even chance bet on roulette. Voucher can only be used on one spin.
  10. Slots and Electronics – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  11. Match Play has no cash value and has no exchange or forfeiture value.
  12. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  13. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from receiving the £5 Match Play offer.
  14. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  15. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  17. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  18. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling the offer.
