Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promotion will run from 15 April to 9 May 2024 and is only open to eligible Met Card holders.
  2. To be eligible the Met Card holder must play Electronic Roulette terminals and be opted-in to receive Email or SMS communication.
  3. Eligible customers can redeem their Match Play offer at Cash Desk when presenting their Email or SMS.
  4. Match Play denominations are based on the Met Card tier as follows: Ace £50 Match Play, King £30 Match Play, Queen £20 Match Play and Jack £10 Match Play.
  5. Customer must present the Cash Desk with the same value bet in cash in exchange for a promotional ticket to be used on Electronic terminals only.
  6. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  7. One Match Play offer per person per day.
  8. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Midweek Madness promotional activity.
  9. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  10. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  12. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  13. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
