Thursday - Lucky Balls

1. The promotion will run 29 August 2024 between 5pm and midnight and is open to Met Card holders.
2. Customers will have the opportunity to select a ball from the available 48 balls in the tombola at Reception upon entry, the number on the selected ball will represent a prize which is one of the following: 10 x £5 Match Play voucher, 10 x Free Drink voucher, 6 x £5 Free Bet voucher, 4 x £10 Free Bet voucher, 4x £10 Match Play voucher, 4 x Free Players Menu Item voucher, 2 x £25 Match Play voucher, 2 x Cocktail Master Class Experience, 2 x Learn to Play Experience, 2 x Rendezvous Branded Hat and 2 x Rendezvous Polo Shirt.
3. Customers will be allowed one pick only, limited to 48 on a first come first served basis.
4. All prizes and voucher can be collected from reception.
5. Free Play Vouchers can be exchanged at the Cashdesk for either a non-negotiable chip/s to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
6. Match Play vocuhers can be used on tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual. Or on Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the main Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher.
7. Experiences pre-booked via email BNEvents@metropolitangaming.com. Customer will have until 1 January 2025 to redeem their experience package prize.
8. Free drink to be redeemed at the Bar for one of the following: House beer, 125ml glass of house wine, single measure house spirit and mixer or soft drink. Not to be used in conjunction with any other food and drink offers.
9. Free Players Menu Voucher can be redeemed at the Bar for a meal from the Players Menu to the value of £10.
10. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Lucky Balls promotional activity.
11. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from claiming the Free Bet and Match Play prizes.
12. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.

Friday – Electronics Party

1. The promotion will run on 30 August 2024 on the last Friday of the month and is only open to Ace, King, Queen, and Top 200 Jack Met Card holders.
2. Top 200 Jack Met Card holders will be based on customer points earning levels for promotional purposes during the qualifying period of three months prior to each promotional date.
3. Attendees can collect a £20 Free Play from Reception by showing an Email or SMS invite on the day of the event, limited to one Free Play per Met Card holder.
4. Free Play can be redeemed at Cash Desk in exchange for a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics, valid for 24-hours from time of issue.
5. In addition, a Hot Seat promotion will only run on Electronic Roulette and Slot machines. To be eligible to enter, a customer must have their Met Card inserted into an electronic gaming machine during play.
6. Every hour during the promotional period, one player is chosen at random to win 500 Met Points. Winners will be notified by a message on the electronic machine or by Venue Management.
7. 500 Met Points will be credited to the winners’ accounts by Venue Management/automatically. Normal Met Points terms and conditions apply.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for Met Cards being incorrectly inserted into the electronic gaming machine.
