Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 7 – 28 November 2024 between 4pm and 11pm every Thursday during the promotion period and is only open to Met Card holders playing on Slots or Electronic Roulette Machines.
  2. To be eligible to enter, a customer must have their Met Card inserted into machine during play.
  3. There will be 4 Hot Seats daily chosen at random: 2 for Jack Customers and, 2 for Queen/King/Ace.
  4. Hot Seat prizes are as follows:
    a. 2 daily £10 Match play for Jack customers
    b. 2 daily £25 Match play and a Christmas Hamper for Queens/King/Ace customers.
  5. Winners will be notified by a message on the machine or by Venue Management.
  6. Christmas hampers can be redeemed at reception between 13 – 24 December.
  7. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
  8. Match Play vouchers are valid for use on Slots and Electronic Roulette machines only and must be presented to the Cash Desk with the same value wager as detailed on the voucher in exchange for a promotional ticket, all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  9. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Thursday Hot Seats promotional activity.
  10. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  11. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  13. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  14. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
